In the case of Sawa, the inspiration comes from being humbled by both the organization's dream and work and that of the heroes.

In the end if in some way I can make a difference by being part part of the solution I feel that this is enough inspiration to keep me motivated.

I also find that the watching the domino effect kalaidescope in different directions around the world because of work I am involoved in extrememely inspirational.
